Looking for something new and exciting to do in Fayetteville on Saturday night... For the first time Fayetteville will have a monthly Poetry Slam... This is the only event of its kind in the city.

THE MARQUIS SLAM
A poetry slam is a competition at which poets read or recite original work. These performances are then judged on a numeric scale by previously selected members of the audience. Poetry Slam was invented by Marc Smith.... So What!!!!
The show will be featuring SLEEPY EYEZ, Augusta, GA
This event will be amazing and I promise you do not want to miss it...12 poets will compete for cash prizes
Admission $10
$75 Marquis Membership which get you in all shows, includes a wrist band and a T-shirt and the ability to get one person in at the $5 rate.
